Getting Started

What is Destructors Online?

A free 5v5 first-person shooter playable in your browser on CrazyGames. Two factions of robots fight across three maps in two game modes. No download or account required.

How do I play Destructors Online?

Open the game's CrazyGames page in any modern browser. Click PLAY to auto-match into a lobby, or use the Server Browser icon next to it to pick a specific room.

Do I need an account?

No account is required to play. You can play as a guest. Creating a CrazyGames account does let you track stats across sessions.

What's the team size?

5 vs 5. Match capacity is 10 players. Servers backfill empty slots with bots (prefixed BOT followed by a four-digit ID) if humans don't fill the lobby.

How long is a match?

5:30 of combat after warmup and team select. Win condition: first team to 6000 points, or whichever team has the higher score when the timer expires.

Units & Classes

How many units are there?

Four: Sniper, Assault, Enforcer, and Infiltrator. Both factions share the same four units with identical stats.

Which unit is best for new players?

Assault. The 250-resistance / 8-speed / 30-round-magazine profile is the most forgiving in the roster. Sniper and Enforcer require more positional awareness; Infiltrator's value depends on flanking knowledge that takes maps to learn.

Can I change units during a match?

Yes — every time you respawn. There's no lock-in once you've picked. Use this to counter the enemy team composition or to switch to a higher-resistance class when you're getting picked off.

Which unit has the highest damage?

Sniper, via the TG-87 (152 damage per shot). This one-shots Sniper and Infiltrator on headshot, and one-shots both classes on body if they're already wounded.

Which unit has the highest resistance?

Enforcer at 320. The trade-off is speed: Enforcer moves at 6.5, the slowest in the roster. See the unit reference for full stats.

What is the Infiltrator's Cloak ability?

Cloak makes the Infiltrator invisible to enemy vision. Exact duration and cooldown are not yet documented. Cloak is unique to Infiltrator; no other unit can use it.

What is the Xray ability?

Xray lets the Infiltrator see enemies through walls. Like Cloak, it is exclusive to Infiltrator. Exact range and duration are not yet documented.

Is Sniper worth picking?

On the right map and team comp, yes. Sniper has the highest single-shot damage but the lowest resistance (175). It excels on long-sight-line maps (Administration HQ) and against fortified positions. On close-quarters maps (DMArena), it underperforms — switch units. See the full Sniper guide.

Section 3 of 6

Factions

What is the difference between the two factions?

Cosmetic only. The Administration uses white chassis with cyan highlights; the Destructors use black chassis with orange highlights. Unit rosters, stats, weapons, and tech are identical.

Which faction should I pick?

The one with the visual style you prefer to fight as. Because the two factions are stat-identical, the choice has zero competitive implication. The decisions that matter happen at the unit-selection screen, not the faction-selection screen.

Why does the game's UI say "FRACTION" instead of "FACTION"?

Apparent in-game typo. The game's text reads "FRACTION:" in the team-select screen; standard English would be "FACTION:". We use "Faction" in this guide's narrative prose but document the in-game spelling for accuracy.

Can both factions be on the same team?

No. The team-select screen assigns one faction per team. The 5v5 split is one faction vs the other.

Section 4 of 6

Maps

How many maps are there?

Three confirmed in v0.6.0: Upper Platforms (Domination), DMArena (TeamDeathmatch), and Administration HQ (TeamDeathmatch). Additional maps may exist or be added in later versions.

What happens if I fall off the map on Upper Platforms?

Instant disable. No killer is credited in your death log, but the kill counts against your Deaths column on the scoreboard. There is no respawn protection or save mechanic. Full Upper Platforms guide.

Which map is best for Sniper?

Administration HQ. Clean white interior atrium with long sight lines — TG-87's optimal range. Upper Platforms is mixed; DMArena is hostile to Sniper.

Which mode does each map play?

Upper Platforms plays Domination. DMArena and Administration HQ play TeamDeathmatch. Maps appear locked to their assigned modes in current rotation.

How are maps chosen?

The end-of-match Vote panel shows four options (next map / next mode combinations) plus "Stay on same map and gamemode." Players have 7 seconds to vote; the majority wins.

Match Systems

What is a "disable"?

The game's term for a kill. Because units are robots, takedowns are called disables. Each one shows "Enemy disabled +40 SR" in the kill feed.

What is SR?

Skill Rating. The points awarded per takedown (+40 SR typical) accumulate toward your Account Level. Even losing matches earns SR — an observed defeat awarded ~380 SR.

How does the scoreboard work?

Hold Tab during a match to view it. Four columns: SR, Takedowns, Assists, Deaths. Each player's unit icon shows next to their name. Bot players are prefixed BOT with a four-digit ID.

What is a destructionstreak?

Consecutive takedowns without dying. Each new streak increment triggers an announcement in the chat feed ("Player is on Nx destructionstreak"), observed up to 10x. Dying resets your streak and broadcasts an end-of-streak message.

What happens if I shoot a teammate?

Damaging a teammate is penalized. Your Takedowns column on the scoreboard can show negative values (e.g. -1) when friendly-fire damage is subtracted from your tally.

How does the kill feed show co-op kills?

When two teammates share a takedown, the kill feed shows "PlayerA + PlayerB" together. Both names appear and both get credit (assist mechanic).

Section 6 of 6

Account & Progression

What are Daily Targets?

Three rotating daily challenges shown on the main menu. Observed examples: "Destroy 5 enemies with shotgun," "Destroy enemy unit with headshot using sniper rifle," "Destroy 25 enemy units." Each rewards VT (currency).

What is VT?

VT is the in-game currency unit. It is awarded by completing Daily Targets and (potentially) other systems. Specific spend options have not been verified.

Why do the Daily Targets mention a shotgun?

The "Destroy 5 enemies with shotgun" challenge implies a shotgun weapon exists in the game beyond the four-class starter loadouts. This suggests a pickup weapon system — verification of where shotguns spawn or how to obtain them is pending.
